I’m Taylor Karas.
I’m a 27 year old blogger, mental health counselor, and wellness educator with big plans. I’m obsessed with: oat milk lattes, puppies, and plant-based food. You can usually find me in a coffee shop writing for the blog, making Youtube videos, creating recipes in the kitchen, or cuddled with my boyfriend watching The Office for the 1 millionth time.
My passion for health and wellness began in high school when I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder. I learned that positivity is truly a mindset, and that I would have to actively seek balance and positivity in my life.
That’s when I started devoting time to educating myself on all things holistic living (mental health, fitness, nutrition,etc.) About a year ago, my boyfriend, Wyatt, recommended that I watch the documentary “What the Health.” It was then that I decided to transition into plant-based eating.
Since then, I have experienced a tremendous increase in my positivity, health, and a decrease in my anxiety symptoms. Around this time, I graduated from a masters program in mental health counseling officially making my love for helping others a career.
Now, I want to share everything I have learned with you. This blog is all about living a healthy lifestyle. I will be sharing delicious recipes, fitness tips, and mental health tips that will inspire you to live a healthier and happier life. My hope is that this becomes a space of positivity and support for those seeking balance and in their life. #goodvibesonly

It can be really overwhelming to start living a healthy lifestyle (trust me, I’ve been there, and heck, I’m still learning everyday), and at times can feel really isolating. But, if I can be that person in your life that tells you: “you can do this” while the rest of the world seems to provoke doubt. Then I will consider my job done.
